President Buhari had initially sent a list of 21 names to the Senate on Wednesday, September 30, comprising of former governors and politicians who helped the president to power in the March 28 poll. The president on October 12,sent the list of the 2nd batch of ministerial nominees to the Senate.

The former gubernatorial candidate has justified his competence in his chosen profession as one of the front line legal practitioners in the country today. He fits into the anti-corruption criteria of the present Federal Government.
